The platform provides tools and services for affiliate marketing, PPC campaigns, funnel and sales page creation, traffic generation and monetization, product and service promotion, memberships and subscriptions, vendor and creator collaboration, MLM and referral systems, analytics, reporting, commissions, digital commerce, and campaign management.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use BabiLinks. By registering, you confirm that information provided is accurate, you have authority to use the platform, and your activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. BabiLinks reserves the right to refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its discretion.
3. User Categories
BabiLinks may support affiliates, vendors, brands, creators, influencers, agencies, advertisers, marketing teams, administrators, and business organizations. Additional features, rules, restrictions, or verification requirements may apply depending on account type.
4. Account Registration & Verification
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information, protecting account credentials, and all activities occurring under their account. BabiLinks may require email verification, phone verification, identity verification, business verification, payment verification, tax verification, or compliance verification. Failure to complete verification may limit platform access, payouts, or account functionality.
5. Payments, Deposits & Payouts
BabiLinks may support wallet balances, deposits, membership payments, campaign budgets, affiliate commissions, PPC earnings, vendor payouts, referral bonuses, and subscription payments. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.
Users acknowledge that transaction fees may apply, currency conversion fees may apply, payout schedules may vary, verification may be required before withdrawals, and chargebacks or disputes may delay or reverse payouts.
BabiLinks reserves the right to delay payouts, hold transactions for review, suspend suspicious activity, reverse fraudulent commissions, restrict high-risk transactions, and request additional verification.
6. Affiliate, PPC & Commission Policies
BabiLinks supports various earning models including sales commissions, PPC commissions, referral bonuses, membership commissions, MLM/network commissions, and campaign incentives.
Users agree not to generate fake traffic or clicks, manipulate conversions or commissions, use bots or automated systems, operate click farms, spam or deceive users, misrepresent brands or products, abuse tracking systems, or engage in unauthorized promotions.
Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension, commission cancellation, payout withholding, permanent bans, or legal action.
7. Vendor, Brand & Product Policies
Users promoting or selling products or services must ensure that all offers are legal, ethical, safe, accurately described, and compliant with applicable laws.
Prohibited activities include illegal products or services, fraudulent offers, counterfeit goods, dangerous or deceptive schemes, hate or abusive content, intellectual property violations, unauthorized investment or financial schemes, and harmful or prohibited products.
BabiLinks may remove content, products, campaigns, or accounts violating these Terms.
8. Ethical Conduct & Community Safety
Users must interact respectfully and professionally. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats or abusive behavior, spam or impersonation, unauthorized access attempts, malicious software or attacks, intimidation, or harmful conduct are prohibited. BabiLinks reserves the right to investigate and take action against harmful behavior.
9. Security, Fraud Prevention & Risk Monitoring
To maintain platform integrity, BabiLinks may use automated fraud detection, risk scoring systems, security monitoring, transaction analysis, behavioral analysis, and identity verification systems. Accounts or transactions considered suspicious may be restricted, reviewed, suspended, or terminated.
Users acknowledge that security reviews may temporarily impact platform access, campaign activity, withdrawals, payouts, and account functionality.
10. Multi-Country Operations
BabiLinks operates globally with support for multiple countries, currencies, and languages. Users are responsible for complying with local laws, tax obligations, advertising regulations, consumer protection laws, financial regulations, and import/export restrictions where applicable.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform branding, software, graphics, systems, and technologies remain the property of BabiLinks or its licensors. Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant BabiLinks a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and use such content for platform operations, promotion, analytics, and service delivery.

BabiLinks may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for fraud or suspicious activity, violations of these Terms, security concerns, illegal activities, abuse of the platform, or non-compliance with verification requests. We reserve the right to remove content, freeze balances, restrict payouts, disable campaigns, or deny platform access where necessary to protect the platform and its users.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of BabiLinks after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
