This policy explains how BabiLinks users can request deletion of their account or personal data, what information may be deleted, and when certain information may need to be retained for legal, financial, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

BabiLinks is operated by Avaria Inc. In this Data Deletion Policy, “BabiLinks”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Avaria Inc., operating the BabiLinks platform.

BabiLinks respects user privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data, subject to verification, legal obligations, fraud prevention requirements, transaction records, platform security, and operational needs.

This policy applies to users of BabiLinks, including visitors, customers, vendors, affiliates, promoters, creators, advertisers, business users, and other platform participants.

1. Requesting Data Deletion

If your account is deleted, you may lose access to dashboards, campaigns, affiliate links, vendor tools, customer records, course access, wallets, payout requests, reports, uploaded content, and related services.

5. Data Retention Exceptions

Certain information may need to be retained even after an account or data deletion request. This may be necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect users, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, maintain financial records, and secure the platform.

Information may be retained where necessary for:

  • Legal, tax, accounting, audit, or regulatory obligations;
  • Payment, payout, commission, wallet, invoice, subscription, deposit, or transaction records;
  • Fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security monitoring, and risk reviews;
  • Chargebacks, refunds, disputes, investigations, or enforcement of agreements;
  • Vendor, affiliate, customer, campaign, or platform integrity records;
  • Compliance with court orders, legal claims, or requests from authorities;
  • Backup systems, logs, and archives where immediate deletion is not technically practical.

Retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the purpose of retention.

6. Commissions, Payouts, Campaigns, and Transaction Records

If your account is connected to affiliate commissions, vendor payouts, PPC earnings, wallet balances, subscriptions, memberships, purchases, deposits, or campaign budgets, certain records may need to be retained for financial, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.

Deleting an account may affect access to unpaid commissions, pending payouts, active campaigns, tracking links, vendor dashboards, affiliate dashboards, customer orders, membership access, or related reports.

Where required, BabiLinks may retain records showing that a transaction, payout, commission, refund, chargeback, or campaign action occurred, even if personal profile information is deleted or anonymized.

7. Processing Time

Deletion requests are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification is completed.

Processing time may depend on account verification, fraud prevention reviews, legal obligations, active transactions, pending payouts, campaign activity, technical requirements, third-party providers, and operational considerations.

We may contact you if more information is needed to verify or complete your request.

8. Third-Party Data

BabiLinks may use or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, payout providers, analytics tools, advertising networks, social media platforms, cloud hosting providers, messaging services, verification providers, and other integrations.

Data already shared with third-party services may remain subject to those third parties’ own privacy policies, data retention rules, and deletion procedures.

If you want data deleted from a third-party service, you may need to contact that service directly or follow its own deletion process.

9. Backup Copies and Technical Logs

Some information may remain temporarily in backup copies, security logs, system archives, or technical records after deletion from active systems.

These records are generally retained for security, disaster recovery, compliance, fraud prevention, or system integrity purposes and are deleted or overwritten according to normal retention cycles where possible.

10. Effect of Deletion

Once your account or data is deleted, you may not be able to recover access to your account, dashboard, reports, campaign history, tracking links, vendor programs, affiliate records, wallet activity, support history, or uploaded content.

If you later create a new account, previous account information, commissions, campaigns, history, or access may not be restored.

11. Requests That May Be Denied or Delayed

BabiLinks may deny, delay, or limit a deletion request when necessary or permitted by law.

This may happen when:

  • We cannot verify that the requester owns or is authorized to act for the account;
  • The account is involved in fraud, abuse, security, chargeback, or compliance review;
  • There are pending payments, payouts, disputes, refunds, or transactions;
  • Retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or audit obligations;
  • Retention is necessary to protect BabiLinks, users, vendors, affiliates, customers, or third parties;
  • Deletion would interfere with legitimate dispute resolution, investigation, or enforcement of agreements.

12. Relationship With the Privacy Policy

This Data Deletion Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how BabiLinks collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information.

If there is a conflict between this policy and the Privacy Policy, the interpretation that best protects user privacy while allowing BabiLinks to comply with legal, security, fraud prevention, and operational obligations will apply.
