BabiLinks is operated by Avaria Inc. In these Terms of Use, “BabiLinks”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Avaria Inc., operating the BabiLinks platform.

These Terms govern access to and use of the BabiLinks platform, including websites, mobile applications, affiliate systems, PPC campaigns, funnels, memberships, creator tools, vendor services, referral systems, payment tools, analytics, digital commerce services, campaign management tools, and related technologies.

By accessing or using BabiLinks, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

BabiLinks is a global business growth platform connecting brands, vendors, affiliates, creators, influencers, advertisers, agencies, entrepreneurs, marketing teams, and digital businesses.

The platform provides tools and services for affiliate marketing, campaign promotion, PPC campaigns, funnel and sales page promotion, traffic generation and monetization, product and service promotion, memberships and subscriptions, vendor and creator collaboration, referral systems, analytics, reporting, commissions, digital commerce, and campaign management.

BabiLinks may evolve over time. Features, account types, services, dashboards, tools, pricing, integrations, and campaign options may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the platform develops.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age required in your jurisdiction to use BabiLinks.

By registering or using the platform, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• The information you provide is accurate and complete;
• You have authority to use the platform on behalf of yourself or your business;
• Your activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, advertising rules, tax obligations, and platform policies.

BabiLinks reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts at its discretion, especially where legal, compliance, fraud, security, or platform integrity concerns exist.

Additional features, rules, restrictions, pricing, approval requirements, verification steps, or payout conditions may apply depending on the user type, account role, country, active plan, campaign type, or platform configuration.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and all activity that occurs under their account.

BabiLinks may require email verification, phone verification, identity verification, business verification, payment verification, tax verification, payout verification, or compliance verification before granting full platform access or processing payments.

Failure to complete required verification may limit access to dashboards, campaigns, vendor tools, affiliate links, commissions, wallets, withdrawals, subscriptions, or other platform features.

You agree not to:

• Create accounts using false, misleading, or unauthorized information;
• Share your login credentials with unauthorized persons;
• Use another person’s account without permission;
• Create accounts to bypass restrictions, suspensions, or bans;
• Use BabiLinks for illegal, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

BabiLinks may support wallet balances, deposits, membership payments, subscription payments, campaign budgets, affiliate commissions, PPC earnings, vendor payouts, referral bonuses, and other financial transactions.

Payment processing, deposits, payouts, card transactions, bank transfers, mobile money, or other financial services may be handled by third-party providers. BabiLinks is not responsible for delays, errors, restrictions, chargebacks, account holds, or failures caused by third-party payment providers.

Users acknowledge that:

• Transaction fees may apply;
• Currency conversion fees may apply;
• Payout schedules may vary;
• Minimum withdrawal limits may apply;
• Verification may be required before withdrawals;
• Chargebacks, refunds, disputes, invalid leads, fraud reviews, or compliance checks may delay, reduce, reverse, or cancel payouts.

BabiLinks reserves the right to delay payouts, hold transactions for review, suspend suspicious activity, reverse fraudulent commissions, restrict high-risk transactions, and request additional verification when necessary to protect the platform, users, vendors, affiliates, and customers.

BabiLinks supports various earning and promotion models, including sales commissions, PPC commissions, referral bonuses, membership commissions, campaign incentives, and other approved reward structures.

Affiliates, promoters, creators, and advertising partners must promote offers honestly and responsibly. Users agree not to:

• Generate fake traffic, fake clicks, fake leads, fake registrations, or fake orders;
• Manipulate conversions, tracking links, cookies, commissions, or attribution systems;
• Use bots, automated systems, click farms, forced clicks, or deceptive traffic sources;
• Spam users or send unauthorized messages;
• Misrepresent brands, products, services, offers, prices, guarantees, or results;
• Use unauthorized coupons, discounts, brand bidding, impersonation, or misleading claims;
• Promote campaigns through prohibited channels or in violation of campaign rules;
• Abuse referral, affiliate, PPC, wallet, or payout systems.

Fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity may result in commission cancellation, payout withholding, campaign removal, account restrictions, suspension, permanent bans, or legal action.

Vendors, brands, sellers, and businesses are responsible for ensuring that their products, services, offers, campaigns, landing pages, claims, prices, fulfillment, refunds, customer support, and promotional materials are legal, ethical, accurate, safe, and compliant with applicable laws.

Prohibited or restricted activities may include:

• Illegal products or services;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading offers;
• Counterfeit goods or intellectual property violations;
• Dangerous, harmful, or prohibited products;
• Unauthorized financial, investment, or income schemes;
• Hate, abusive, exploitative, or discriminatory content;
• False health, financial, legal, or performance claims;
• Offers that violate payment provider, advertising platform, consumer protection, or local law requirements.

BabiLinks may remove content, products, campaigns, links, vendor programs, or accounts that violate these Terms or present risk to the platform, users, customers, partners, or third-party providers.

Users must interact respectfully and professionally when using BabiLinks.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior;
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harmful conduct;
• Spam, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive communication;
• Unauthorized access attempts or account misuse;
• Malware, malicious scripts, attacks, or attempts to disrupt the platform;
• Actions that harm vendors, affiliates, customers, creators, partners, or BabiLinks.

BabiLinks reserves the right to investigate harmful behavior and take appropriate action, including warnings, restrictions, suspension, termination, or reporting to relevant authorities.

To maintain platform integrity, BabiLinks may use automated fraud detection, risk scoring systems, security monitoring, transaction analysis, behavioral analysis, identity verification systems, and manual reviews.

Accounts, campaigns, transactions, clicks, leads, conversions, orders, withdrawals, or payouts considered suspicious may be restricted, reviewed, delayed, suspended, reversed, or terminated.

Users acknowledge that security reviews may temporarily impact platform access, campaign activity, tracking, wallets, withdrawals, payouts, or account functionality.

BabiLinks operates globally and may support multiple countries, currencies, languages, payment systems, vendors, affiliates, creators, customers, and campaign models.

Users are responsible for complying with local laws, tax obligations, advertising regulations, consumer protection laws, privacy laws, financial regulations, import/export restrictions, and any other rules applicable to their country, business, industry, or campaign activity.

All platform branding, software, graphics, designs, systems, code, technology, dashboards, workflows, documentation, trademarks, logos, and related materials are owned by BabiLinks, Avaria Inc., or their licensors.

Users retain ownership of content they upload, such as images, banners, product descriptions, campaign materials, business information, and promotional assets. By uploading content, users grant BabiLinks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, process, analyze, and use such content for platform operations, promotion, reporting, analytics, support, and service delivery.

Users must not upload or promote content they do not have the right to use.

BabiLinks may integrate with payment processors, social media platforms, advertising networks, analytics providers, messaging services, hosting providers, verification providers, cloud services, and other third-party tools.

We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages, restrictions, pricing, account actions, data practices, security incidents, or performance. Users should review the terms and policies of third-party services they use.

While we aim to provide reliable services, BabiLinks does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available platform access.

Services may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, security updates, third-party outages, server problems, network disruptions, payment provider issues, or events outside our control.

BabiLinks provides tools for campaigns, affiliate marketing, tracking, promotion, commerce, analytics, and business growth. We do not guarantee specific earnings, sales, traffic, conversions, rankings, campaign results, customer acquisition, profitability, or business outcomes.

Users understand that online commerce, affiliate marketing, PPC, funnels, digital campaigns, and business growth activities involve risk. Results depend on many factors including offer quality, targeting, pricing, traffic quality, customer demand, compliance, market conditions, and user execution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabiLinks, Avaria Inc., and their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of revenue, campaign performance outcomes, business interruption, data loss, vendor or affiliate disputes, customer disputes, payment processor failures, third-party platform actions, account restrictions, payout delays, or service interruptions.

BabiLinks may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, campaigns, wallets, payouts, content, vendor programs, affiliate access, or platform services where necessary.

Reasons may include:

• Fraud or suspicious activity;
• Violation of these Terms;
• Security concerns;
• Illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity;
• Failure to complete verification;
• Chargebacks, disputes, or high-risk payment activity;
• Misuse of tracking, referral, affiliate, PPC, or commission systems;
• Actions that threaten the safety, integrity, or reputation of the platform.

We reserve the right to remove content, freeze balances, restrict payouts, disable campaigns, deny platform access, or take other reasonable actions to protect BabiLinks and its users.

We may modify these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business operations, legal obligations, platform features, or policies.

Continued use of BabiLinks after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
